With every delivery, you’ll receive a prepaid return label equal to the number of towels delivered. Simply collect your old bath towels (whether they’re from us or you have an old pile that needs recycling) and give them to your shipping provider—we’ll handle the rest.

Depending on condition, they are donated to shelters and nonprofit partners or recycled into industrial textiles.

We currently accept bath towels for our recycling and donation program. While we’d love to include other towels, we’re limited by capacity and can only process standard bath linens at this time. We will update you as soon as we can accept additional types of towels.

We offer free shipping on all towel subscription orders. A small fee may apply for one-time purchases or accessory-only orders.

Your first order typically ships on the same day if placed before 12 PM CT, or within 1 business day. After that, your refresh deliveries will arrive based on your chosen schedule (every 4, 6, or 9 months).

Yes—your Plush Ritual account allows you to manage everything: pause or skip deliveries, change your plan, update your address, or modify your payment method.

You’ll be billed on the day your order processes. For subscription plans, this occurs before each scheduled delivery. Once billed you’ll need to contact us to cancel the delivery.

Yes. We offer a 15-day full refund policy on unused orders. However, you will be responsible for shipping costs. We give you store credit for returns up to 30 days.
