We want you to love everything about your Plush Ritual experience. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Still, due to the nature of our bundled products and our commitment to hygiene and sustainability, we’ve structured our return policy with a few important guidelines.

1. Shipping Policy
U.S. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to all 48 continental U.S. states. At this time, we do not offer international shipping or service to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories.
Delivery Timing

• Orders placed by 12 PM CT (Monday to Friday), typically ship the same day.
• Orders placed after 12 PM CT ship the next business day.
• Standard delivery typically arrives within 2–5 business days.

Shipping Rates
Refresh Plan Subscribers

• Free shipping on all recurring deliveries.
• Each shipment includes a prepaid return label to recycle used bath towels.

One-Time Purchases

• $11 flat-rate shipping per order.
• No return label is included with one-time orders.

2.Refresh Plan Billing
Your card will be automatically charged before each scheduled shipment (every 4, 6, or 9 months—based on your selection). You’ll receive an email reminder before each renewal, so you can adjust your schedule, skip a shipment, or make changes anytime.

3.Recycling Return Program
A better towel ritual shouldn’t just feel good—it should do good too. That’s why every Refresh Plan delivery includes a prepaid recycling return label. Simply send back the same number of bath towels you received, and we’ll handle the rest—recycling responsibly or donating to shelters across the U.S. It’s a small act with a big impact.

4.Return Policy
We want you to love your towels—but if you need to return them, here’s how it works:
Returns Accepted Within 30 Days

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
• Only full bundles may be returned. We do not accept partial returns.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition and packaging.
• Return shipping is $9.95, which will be deducted from your refund.
• Qualifying returns are refunded to your original payment method.

Orders over $150 and all subscription orders include free outbound shipping, but return shipping ($9.95) will still be deducted from any applicable refund.

Used or Washed Returns
If any towel in your bundle has been used or washed, we are unable to restock it. However, we can offer a store credit, minus the following:

• 25% restocking and donation fee
• $9.95 return shipping fee
  
  Your store credit will not expire and can be used toward any future purchase.
  Example: If you return a $119 bundle that has been used, your store credit (after the 15% restocking fee and $9.95 shipping) would be approximately $91.20.
